How My Journey Began

Behind every successful leader, there’s a coach—part truth-teller, part compass, and yes, sometimes part comic relief when things get tough.

The world’s most successful leaders didn’t get there by applause. They got there by being challenged, encouraged, and guided—growing sharper, stronger, and more intentional than they ever could on their own.

That’s where I come in. To tell you the truth, challenge your patterns, and help you become the leader you’re meant to be.

I partner with leaders, entrepreneurs, and change-makers who are done running on autopilot and ready to lead with intention. At the heart of my work is a simple truth: you must lead yourself first if you want to lead others well. How you show up—in your decisions, relationships, and impact—shapes everything, at work and at home.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across global tech, aviation, and leadership development, leading teams made up of over 120 nationalities. I’ve also coached leaders from sectors including consulting, technology, energy, hospitality, public administration, and transportation. My clients span North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. One thing I’ve learned from all of them: leadership is about connection.

I didn’t call myself a coach overnight. I wanted to learn the right skills first and do it properly. I completed formal training with CoachU-USA and International Coaching Education UK, specialising in Strengths-Based coaching. I earned my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, ensuring every session is grounded in ethics, integrity, and transformational impact.

My coaching is grounded in the 3C Framework—Communication, Connection, and Consistency.

I created this model as a practical method to help leaders master the fundamentals that drive clarity, influence, and results. My approach focuses on amplifying what’s already working rather than ‘fixing’ what isn’t. The leaders I work with make sharper decisions, build stronger teams, and achieve meaningful goals aligned with their values—without burning out. I’m not here to add more to your plate; I’m here to simplify how you lead your life.

A simplified life is important to me too.

After all, I’m not just a coach. I’m also a mother, a wife, and someone who believes 24 hours are never enough to read all the books on my list. In any quiet room, I’m probably the one breaking the silence—with a well-timed joke to put everyone at ease. (Well, at least, I hope it’s funny!)
