What Is Coaching?
Coaching isn’t advice, therapy, or mentoring. And that’s exactly what makes it powerful.
Mentors share what worked for them. Consultants bring frameworks and recommendations. Therapists often help you explore your past.
But coaching is different.
I often use a road trip analogy to explain it.
A mentor will let you drive, but they’ll use their map to chart the course.
A consultant will recommend the best route — and might even drive the car.
A therapist lets you drive and uses your map — but it’s a journey into the past.
But with a coach, you’re in the driver’s seat. I’m holding the map — but it’s the one you designed. Together, we navigate toward the direction you want to grow.
Every coaching session is a partnership built on clarity, truth, and forward momentum — designed to help you become the leader you’re meant to be.

Coaching is future-focused. We work on goals, clarity, and leadership growth, not past trauma or diagnosis, which is typically the focus of therapy.

I’ve created a visual guide to walk you through the full coaching journey. In short, there are 7 steps, starting with a discovery call.

Most sessions are virtual, but in-person coaching and workshops are available depending on location and context. I am based in Dubai, UAE.

It varies. Some clients work with me for 3–6 months; others for a year or more. We’ll define the right scope together.

Pricing depends on the scope and length of the engagement. Coaching packages are tailored based on your goals, whether it’s a focused 3-month leadership journey, a longer-term partnership, or a team-based organisational engagement.
